Refunds

Frame & Ledger sells digital products delivered by download link. Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer returns. We do offer refunds.

If a product is not right for you, email us at hello@frameandledger.shop within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days and may take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

You do not need to complete a form or explain yourself at length. One email is enough.

Problems with your download

If your download link does not work, has expired, or the file will not open, email hello@frameandledger.shop and we will re-send it. A technical problem is not a refund situation unless we cannot resolve it.

What we do not refund

We cannot refund a purchase made more than 14 days ago. We may decline refunds where there is evidence of the product being redistributed, resold, or shared.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law in your country. Some jurisdictions treat digital goods differently, and where local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
