Terms of service
1. Who we are
This store is operated by Frame & Ledger ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@frameandledger.shop.
2. What we sell
Digital products — guides, templates and worksheets — delivered as downloadable files. Nothing we sell is a physical product and nothing is shipped. Prices are displayed in United States dollars.
3. Your licence
When you buy a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business.
You may: use the files in your own photography business, edit and adapt template documents for your own use, and send client-facing documents to your own clients as part of your normal work.
You may not: resell, redistribute, share or publish the files or any substantial part of them; make them available for download elsewhere; or use them to create a competing product. The license is for one business.
We retain copyright in all products.
4. Delivery
Download links are issued automatically after payment clears, usually within seconds, by email to the address given at checkout. Check your spam folder before contacting us. If a link fails, email hello@frameandledger.shop and we will re-issue it.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
6. Refunds
See our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Not professional advice
Our products are educational material. They are not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice, and no professional relationship is created by your purchase.
Contract and template documents are drafted as general educational templates. Laws vary by jurisdiction, and you should have a qualified professional who knows your situation review any document before you rely on it. Pricing and business material is general in nature and does not account for your specific circumstances.
8. No guarantee of results
We do not promise any particular business, financial or commercial outcome from using our products. Results depend on your market, your work and your decisions.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost bookings or business interruption.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
